| The SuperStar Project is open to all public and private
schools in the United States. |

It is important that every Student within participating Schools be recognized and rewarded for achieving their individual
best. |

| Therefore, ALL Teachers and Administrators within a participating School must take an active role in the program, to ensure that each of their Students is acknowledged. |
